I have the honor of traveling the World, meeting the most extraordinaire fellow Artisans and bringing my brushes and paint along with me.> Creating playful, colorful, magical paintings. Each brush stroke a memory, adventure and passion for oil painting! come along with for the adventure and exploration, each journey whether in my backyard or in the mountains, it brings light, color and culture and emotion to my creative process.
Each piece I create is a part of my journey, and by sharing it, I hope to bring a sense of meaning, beauty, or inspiration into someone else’s life.
My creative process.
I create my art through a process that blends intention with experimentation. I usually begin with a rough idea or feeling I want to express, then loosely explore composition and form. From there, I build layers gradually, allowing colors, textures, and details to evolve rather than forcing them too early. I often let a painting rest for a while as, I work on something else, this allows me to help the painting have a voice and therefore become what it is meant to be.
I love the boldness of color and places it can take you and your imagination. I want you to travel within my paintings> My great hope is that it touches you and inspires you and I hope you can feel the playfulness of my work and in that space and the connection you feel, is endless.
Each piece is created with expressive thoughts and emotion. Creating gives me a sense of purpose and freedom,, where I can explore ideas, experiment, and grow with every piece I make. I want to share my art because I believe it has the power to connect people, inspire different perspectives, and evoke feelings that resonate on a personal level.

A little bit about Lisa. A graduate of Milan Art Institute with a Mastery degree in Fine Art.>This program gave me discipline and the skills to succeed in the Art world. I Studied under Lizzie Black, a Cornish Artist based out of the Mousehole, England. Lizzie “enjoys the immediacy of painting in landscape and responding to her surroundings.” She is an elected member of the Royal Institute of Oil painters. Lizzie taught me to see the light and the shadows creating magic on canvas. I Studied Fine Art at Cl ark State College in Ohio. / I will be Studying under Carlos San Millan in France this coming July. Carlos is known for “the looseness and liveness in his work.” I have drawn and painted since a child, it always seemed wrong not to pick up a pencil or paint brush or to create. it fed my soul and still does, it’s spiritual and meditative. I feel the most, of who I am when creating. I remember vividly receiving my first oil paint as a teenager, I was fascinated with how the paint moved and felt as my brush glided across the canvas. I still feel that excitement every time I dip my brush into the gorgeous rich oil paint, and I imagine where it can take me. I have promised myself years ago to stay curious about this world and learn as much as I can, this I can translate into my art work. I hope you find the magic hidden in each brushstroke, the loving intentions in my work and most of all, that it touches your heart.
